By registering with Ice Affiliates, affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and program requirements. Participation is subject to approval and may be suspended or terminated at the company’s discretion in cases of fraud, policy violations, or non-compliant marketing practices.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that promotional activities are lawful, accurate, and directed only toward permitted audiences and jurisdictions. Commissions are calculated according to the agreed compensation model, including Revenue Share, CPA, or Hybrid Commission plans.
Payments are processed according to program terms and are subject to account verification and traffic quality reviews. Any fraudulent activity, misleading promotion, or artificial traffic generation may result in withheld commissions and account termination. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.
